I only discovered BABYMETAL AFTER their last live @ Budokan (April, 2021) , so you can imagine my disappointment when they announced their hiatus later that year. So, when they announced their return January of 2023, I immediately applied, and luckily got a ticket. I flew from DC to Tokyo, and when I first heard Su's live voice, I cried! Actually, throughout the show I was either crying or laughing (sometimes both). I was twirling a towel, and running around in the circle pit for Road of Resistance. I drove to Philly for Babyklok, and flew to Madrid for their last live show of 2023... and I am currently 76 years old. That is what these ladies do to you. 🦊🦊🦊

I mean, once I put aside my personal preferences and biasses what stands out is "Syncopation". I'm very happy to have experienced this song live last March. Our queen and princesses are undecided if they are really in love, like a syncopated heart. Syncopation was the song exclusively for Japanese album while "From Dusk Till Dawn" was released for International version of Metal Resistance (of course that's my next recommendation), although later on they performed this song outside of Japan because is a blast with more rock sound rather than metal. Along with Karate, is one of those songs many fans got that anime vibes, for me Karate would be the opening and Syncopation the ending, although it works like an opening too. Till this day those were the only BM songs with that anime vibes for me, but after the new single Divine Attack - Shingeki came out now i got three songs lol This live at one of the Five Fox Festival in 2017 when YuiMetal was still there being her last year and months with the group is kinda rare reaction nowadays since usually many reactions are with the avengers (2019) or more recently with MomoMetal just like they did at Legend MM in March celebrating her birthday. There is two versions of this song one in JAPANESE, and ultra rare English version. I know for a fact it was one of SU-METAL's first English only song. before 2016's Tokyo Dome's ( THE ONE ) .

I had the pleasure of hearing this song at Legend MM in Japan. I can't explain how awesome it was live in person!!

Leave us for like eight months, come back with my favorite non su solo babymetal song. Good to see you man, youre one of the guys that experienced BM live for the first time last year, like me. I also flew to san fran last month to see the babyklok added shows. Exact same sets, but still felt like completely different nights. Looking forward to the other three you have planned.

Well, the Kami Band is probably done for. I think in Essenzen it was a Generationen conflict. They didn't understood that she was their stage director, you can try to talk with him in private but it is clear what happens if he still has enough numbers in his Notebook. So what did they think Su would do? They are no silent japanese housewives.
