This music is literally saving my life. I have struggled with major depression most of my life, for some reason this specific type of music helps me de-stress, and get away from the black hole that is depression.

ey bro me too, listen to MICHAEL SEALEY's youtube channel. His Sleep hypnosis is brilliant and his voice is so calming. his hypnosis videos have pulled me out of many spirals and snapped me out of suicidal behaviour many times. watch his videos that are relavent to you maybe three times a week. you'll feel better in no time! x

I can't believe this is already the 6th edition of Epic Chillstep Collection. Time truly does fly and I feel like 2019 went by in the blink of an eye. I don't know what's gonna happen this year, but I am looking forward to finding it out with all fo you! Thank you so much for the INSANE support this channel gets. As I've gotten older my anxiety has gotten bad, but when I'm able to stop and listen to this, it helps me relax and calm down, so thank you with all my heart for these 2hr mixes.

This mix started blasting randomly while I was working outside in the woods, digging holes and gardening, and I let the whole thing run. Processed a crap load of trauma, almost cried a couple times, healed from some shit. Thank you for a beautiful mix.💜

This music is healing and it gives life. Just looking out my bedroom window - looking at the crimson leaves blowing in the wind with a perfectly blue sky in the background as far as the eye can see, while listening to this music and just reminiscing about how beautiful my life has been. I'm glad I bumped into this and for anyone struggling with depression because they keep procrastinating try not using youtube or social media at all during your next day off or your free time and just stay by yourself with your thoughts. Considering this year it turning out to be rather foul, this music makes me forget it all. The pace, the rhythm, the emotion and depth in the tunes. It's so beautiful. I can't help but hope it rains outside just for cinematic effect. This is for real the best thing to be listening to when you're working, gaming, or just want to listen to.

I had to work in a different room at work which had no natural light, but it turns out it had great speakers hooked up to the PC, I came across this and played it for the first time and it sounded so great through those speakers; lifted my mood at work for the whole shift; thanks!
