I always end up going through my fridge and finding anything that looks like some the foods he eats and just toss them together lol like lettuce, mint, cilantro and chili sauce dip it in some fish sauce golden! Oh then deep fry some jalapeño slices and roll them up it’s yum but nothing like what lucky Sonny gets all day every day.

That's awesome insight on how they roast the ducks. Although I had lived 10 years in VN and having seen it firsthand, I love your videos as they remind me of how great food come from those traditional cooking methods and very rudimentary cooking "apparatus".

not going to argue there. it may not look the best, but it all tastes amazing and i'm pretty picky about my dim sum. this place has always been packed anytime that i've been there, even in the middle of the day, and for good reason.
