If that item wasn't for sale, it should have been clearly labelled not for sale. As nice as it is to have that sort of item displayed, it's not fair on customers.

This is my dad’s shop. It is in a very quiet area of Stoke-On-Trent and I can 100% guarantee that no one in the local area would ever ask about something so niche hence why there’s no display only label on.

All i can think at roughly 7:54 is "Toejam and Earl! Toejam and Earl!!!" Loved that game as a kid, ised to rent it all the time, still have my old Mega Drive, would love to own a copy!!!

Phelios is a really fun game. It’s a top down shooter, instead of a space ship you are Apollo riding on Pegasus fighting Greek mythology monsters. If you ever decide to buy it, play it on hard or you will not get the complete ending. It’s not harder just more levels to beat.

I don't think Genesis does have nicer cases than Megadrive. First off, Megadrive is obviously the better name, secondly I prefer the variety of the Megadrive spines ve the homogeneous red spines of the Genesis.

Yes, SMB2 for NES, imo: definitely a great Mario game; so many of the original elements and characters from that game have been incorporated into later MARIO games, I hope my word will be accepted, I could list my points if I had to. Anyway if the opposite were the case like going forward, all new elements characters weren't used again then it would be a no from me but lots of fantastic gameplay elements that shaped future games; definitely YES, as a succinct answer to your question. I really like the game, too. Btw, don't want to get into spoilers but the final cut scene, of SMB2, kind of presented the opportunity to never cite this game again, I'm glad that subsequent history hasn't allowed that to happen.

Dont see the point in having things in a shop that arent for sale, especially when you have enough stuff around to fill the shelfs. Should have a NFS area or mark on it as NFS. Pointless. Looks like an alright shop though that one, hope you got some nice bits

Great vid, shame about the Power lifter though. With regards to Super Mario 2, it wasn't designed as a Mario game to start with. It started life as Doki Doki panic in Japan and got changed to Mario 2 as the real Super Mario 2 was considered too difficult for the west and looked exactly the same as Mario 1. Even before I knew this I never felt that it was a true Mario game but characters from it do transfer over to later Mario games which is good.

@@TheGebs24 Thank you, we did get the real Mario 2 in the end. It became the Lost Levels in Mario All Stars. The Japanese got our Mario 2 called Super Mario USA.

It SEEMS like it would be a "real" Mario game since it was developed by Nintendo, but if there's an argument against it being so, then who knows🤔 Anyways, I like Super Mario World 3 better😅
