Nice day on Lake Oroville. You drove right past Lake Shasta to get there . Way prettier Lake to fish , and even closer. You should try it sometime.

Okay real question. But why are the eye colors different? And also why am I so surprised??? I’ve NEVER noticed different eye colors on fish before and it kind of freaks me out….

What a great day! So cool to see you learning new species! Try slowing down your presentation with the wacky worm next time. Let it sit on the bottom for a 10 count so the big fatties can ponder it for a bit before they slurp it. Then give it a big lift and let it slow fall to the bottom again. That works best for me, hope it helps!
