Big Water PDL 132 from Old Town - a lot of folks are terrified of the ocean, I totally understand. The ocean should make people a bit nervous, but with good information and mentorship it is a blast!

I grew up just down the street of Moskowite Corners near Lake Berryessa, but I water skiied more than fished that lake back then. Now I wish I had taken advantage of my location. Anyway, great video and thank you for taking the time to show us your techniques to help us novices!

I have yakattack ones, and it mounts to a track. The track is changeable which is nice. Lots of good ones out there though.

I'm 43 now. I've lived 5 lifetimes worth of these moments. Grew up on a farm on the Mckenzie River. My road is named after my great grandfather. I grew up a short walk to the walterville canal in front of my house, I regularly caught 16+ inch up to 24 inch Mckenzie redsides. Steelhead, and chinook salmon during the spring and summer runs. Fall (half pounders and winter steelhead runs) on the Rogue River. I've not spent enough time on the Rogue these past couple years, outside of taking my raft down the wild and scenic section.
