Idea for video: Have a team of seekers and a team of runners. The runners have to run a certain distance in a time limit for example, a 5k in 30 minutes. Give the runners a little bit to start running and then the seekers chase them. You can have the seekers on bikes if you want too. If you get tagged, you’re out.

Me and my school play literally running hide and seek. Our high school campus is HUGE and there is only 2 rules. 1. You have to constantly be running 2. You can't be off campus Oh my gosh it is so fun.

Open field tag is super fun specially in school when you can do tricks,skid over the concrete ground,jump over stages,suddenly reverse your momentum by clinging on to poles. It was soo much fun when 20 people are chasing you and sometimes you are able to avoid all of them. It feels epic And it's accessible to everyone whether you're fast or not here control,agility,patience and stamina matter😊 I don't even have a ground in college😅 but I'll cherish the time I played tag in school it kept me motivated to go to school.

In my country we call this bull rush or dooby down In the main variation of the game, we race from one end of the ground to the other The last person is the bull Then while everyone who made it stands on one side of the pitch, the bull(person who came last) calls out someone from the pack(this person is usually the crowd favorite or the fittest individual and you'll see why) After getting called out, you need to get across the field without getting tagged (everyone needs to wait until the guy who got called out either crosses to the other side or gets tagged) Tagging is only for the first person Once there are 2 bulls, the game is played with tackles The remaining pack try to make their way across the field without being caught Once the survivors reach the other end they wait for the round to end From here it's just straight tackles or subduing the person to the ground (that's why you try to get the fittest guy first, because you'd only need to touch him and you'd team up for the rest of the game) You can gang up with other bulls and hunt down the group one at a time As the surviving group gets smaller, the bull pack gets bigger, making it harder to cross the pit after every successive round Once everyone is caught, the game starts again Playing in the rain spices things up since it becomes slippery 😎

I just started running on a 400m track(I've been running on a trail for 2yrs, but not on a track)my time went up by a minute a mile lol. I'm training for the Naval Academy, my goal is 5.20 or under 1mile. Also about the deodorant if it's all natural it means It won't have aluminum, so yellow pit stains won't appear(Yellow stains are rust that is caused by sweating and the aluminum in deodorant.)
