In this episode Ben re-introduces the home gym in his garage on the 10 acre homestead. With us now in Winter and not wanting to freeze our baguettes off while making gains, it’s time to take the next steps to finishing it up. The insulation is in and it’s time to prep the walls and ceiling for drywall.
