I decided to show you guys how to make a turkey burger that actually tastes good! This low calorie recipe for a turkey burger has a cloud bread bun. It is a carb free bread that is so tasty and perfect for keeping this a low calorie recipe. This cloud bread recipe is amazing, and everything is a low fat recipe. This recipe for a turkey burger has low fat cheddar cheese and is grilled to perfection.

358.5 calories
18.3 grams of fat
3.7 grams of carbs
36.5 grams of protein
Macros for a double burger:
587 calories
27.3 grams of fat
6.2 grams of carbs

Macros for one slice of Cloud Bread:
65 calories
4.66 grams of fat
1/2 a gram of carbs
4.76 grams of protein

You are correct my friend, there is no egg to bind the meat and the turkey is really loose ground meat..so it needs to be chilled.

Thanks for the love! Grape-seed has a high smoke point so it wont burn and no flavor, you can also use veggie oil ;)

I clean my grill with a wire brush as soon as I am done and the grill is still on. If it cools down and is still dirty, it is really hard to clean.

Ugh I made cloud bread last night and it turned out HORRIBLY because the recipe called for way too much salt. Completely inedible. I was so upset because I just want a burger so, soooo bad. I'm going to try again this evening with this recipe. Thank you!
