@@imatowel5930 no it could be a strongman (they don't care about the looks of the build as long as they're strength training is well) for example eddie hall (he was even quite fat at some point) and hafthor, they aren't ripped but they are big and tough and very strong so there you got it they're definitely not body builders at all since their bodies are not aestheticically pleasing in any way shape or form but nobody lifts weights better than them they do it for a living and they definitely lift heavier than body builders

All I’m saying is babies, kids, teens, adults, men, women, bi, tri, and ride or die are staring when men or women body builders pass by. Natural or not, er’body lookin’!! It’s a true dedication and art that’s so different and always interesting. It trips me out. I only wish I could dedicate myself, but I get it when those do.

@@CluelessMJ420 They didn't bother to count the plates. 12x20 KG + 20KG bar = 260. I do sets of 4 with it myself, so I know firsthand how freaking hard it is. At that weight, forget about the leg power, you're trying to stay back on it to keep breathing properly. Lung power baby! My progression for workouts converted to KG. Good ramp up adjustments 10x 125; 10x150; 10x185; 6x 210; 4x 230; 2x 250; then , 3 sets of 4 at 260 KG . Damn hard workout. Breathing and form is a key!

That guy is not squatting 400kgs, his name is Matt Vena and he is one of the strongest junior powerlifters in the world. He squat around 320kgs.

my top mirin moments: 1. my first 500 lbs deadlift. i loaded the bar and went to sit for a while before attempting it, and a group of 3 guys looked at the bar and said "yo how much is that? who the fuck is gonna lift that?". then i went and lifted it (just barely, though), and i heard them all chat something like "damn, thats sick". one of them did comment that my form was not 100% though but thats ok lol. ive fixed it. i think. 2. i was doing some heavy overhead pressing, and this big veteran lifter in my gym came up to me and said "bro you've made some real progress in that. that's hella good dawg". it was the first gym i ever trained at and i stayed there for like 6 years, and ever since i started going there i kept seeing this guy there doing huge lifts. we never talked, we just nodded to each other as we kept training around the same time of day for years. this was probably the first time he actually came up to me to just talk lol 3. heavy unilateral viking press in an outdoor gym. i was training in this little outdoor area where they had a set of increasingly heavier logs set up in a viking press way. i warmed up and went to the heaviest log and started lifting it with one arm (they weren't super heavy, the gym was designed for casual people). there were like 5 kids (13-15 years old) trying to lift random stuff in that place and they started yelling "BEARMAN!! what the FUUUCK" as i was lifting the big log. i had an overgrown unkempt beard back then and i thought "bearman" was the best compliment ever... the kids all said they want to start working out and it felt great to be an inspiration to them. 4. my friend wanted me to flex my bicep for his girlfriend and later the girlfriend messaged me "she got excited" after seeing it, if u know what i mean. felt really good to hear that but i'm glad my man broke up with her because that's not something an honorable lady would say to his boyfriend's homie. my body fat percentage is around 25 and i have never trained like a bodybuilder, i've always had a focus on strength training and i never thought i actually looked desirable lol.
