What I want to know is why was his chair far away from the camera? Due to that camera trick he looked shorter when he was sitting "across" from the ladies. He was clearly not even sitting right across from them. The ladies look gigantic next to him while they are sitting, but when he stood up they were shorter. Making him look shorter was definitely stupid, what was the point of doing that?

I don't think it's humility because it's a different sport. It would be like asking a sprinter how strong he is. A sprinter doesn't focus on strength, he runs Bodybuilders focus is shaping their physique, not getting as strong as possible

It’s because most guys that go to the gym are the ones that are shy, socially anxious, introverted etc and they tend to enjoy time by themselves to improve, not saying there aren’t any SOCIAL people at the gym but normally it’s most young social people tend to go out most of the time so they leave gym out of the way

I'm not jacked as him but Im definitely one of those serious bodybuilders/powerlifter and I think the reason why we are quiet is because we lack social intelligence due too spending too much in the gym lol and we stopped hanging out with other people. Also after years of bodybuilding, the more you realize how having too big muscles is useless on fight so that idea made me not be a jerk and people shouldnt get scared on us.

@@KRE03051 For sure, there definetely is some narcissism in bodybuilding, especially the high levels of it where people compete. But below that, it's mostly people who just like lifting, putting on muscle and pushing themselves. There's narcissism in a lot of fields, for example: modeling. Having narcissistic tendencies towards one part of your life doesn't make you a bad person, nor does it make you a self-entitled moron; it's more so that a lot of bodybuilders have had body image issues in the past, and they started doing it to prove to themselves that they weren't what people told them they were.

Drugs have always been associated with the sport, but body building was once widely respected as a highly disciplined sport, where you had to work hard in the gym and have a strict disciplined diet. But it seems that these days, Mr Olympia is more about taking the right combination of drugs, than it is workout and diet.

This is so uplifting. I have been training (weight lifting, calisthenics, biking, MMA) for 9 years and I'm on Intermittent Fasting for 10 years now, thank God. Before that I was obese at 231,5 lbs (now I'm 176, 37 lbs). I do workout and diet because I love it. I like the feeling of being fit and healthy, and it helps me a lot with my career and life in general. Sometimes people look at me in awe, sometimes they got scared, sometimes they smile. But sometimes they even laugh.... and tell me that I look like a freak. But I don't care. I love my lifestyle. I love to be me. For the people out there that hesitate to do workout or diet because you're afraid that people will laugh at you (and they will - out of jelousy, believe me), just don't believe what they said. Stay in fosus. Believe in what you're doing, believe in the gift that God has given to you. And just be you! 'Coz you're worthed!

Professional bodybuilders are awesome. Such lovely and humble people, they are truly an inpiration to us all. Btw that women in red said to ask only important questions, proceeds to ask kids questions like swimming in nutella etc. The women in suit asked some decent questions. Great video overall.
