Sophiex Dark yeah... that happens allot ... just stupid fans that think that just cuz they like a band that band is better than the others... it happens with; matallica and megadeath ozzy and alice cooper marilyn manson and rob zombie evanescence, epica and nigtwish linkin park and limp bizkit at this point i just realized that ppl is violent and they always want to fight for something .... even about bands (the most stupid reason to fight for XD) (cuz at the end we all like the competition we all know that every metallica fan likes megadeath XD)

Can we just talk about the lyrics?! Before I saw the video, lyrics made me think about depression bc those who know will understand how detached from reality you can get and how depersonalization is really a thing and it makes you completely lose track of anything you ever loved/enjoyed and that's the leash, your cage, not even being the shadow of what you used to be. No inspiration, no consciousness, not knowing if you'll ever exist again as the song says "I can't hold on for any longer"

I didn't think of that interpretation. Which, I guess, is a beautiful thing. How we can interpret things differently. For me, because I've experienced family members with Alzheimers, for me, that was how I took the songs meaning, but I'm going to listen to the song, keeping in mind what you wrote, because it opens new meanings, and I appreciate that. It, in a way, gives new life into art.

Once I fell asleep while listening to Epica with my earphones on and I remember suddenly waking up around 4:45. I swear it was a transcendental experience, I felt like my whole body was vulnerable to absorb the greatness of this song.

I doubt Epica care if people pirate their albums. It's the concerts that get the most money. And if people pirate their stuff, realize how good they are & see them live. I know I would if I had the opportunity, and I started listening through pirated versions of their albums(maybe I'll buy some one day just to use it as a decoration as epica kickass). Not everyone can afford to buy 1000 albums tbh. I have bought official merch and seen live bands that I only discovered through pirated stuff. I think epica are happy if we are fans, see them live even if we don't owe physical cds.

I saw Epica last year in Brisbane Australia & was blown away. You dont really get a sense of how powerful Simone's voice really is until you see her live & the guys are amazingly tight. Just a world class band who deserve way more respect

Esta bueno pero no sienten insoportable los guturales de mark jansen en algunas canciones aunque en victims of contingency esta buena y queda bien los guturales por lo fuerte y pesada que es la cancion pero en phantom agony esta mejor la del video clip que es mas corta de duracion y no tiene gutural pero despues me encontre con la sorpresa de que era mas largo y habia guturales.

I love metal. Any thing from Judas Priest, Dokken, Black Torn, Anthem etc.. Epica is on the mark. The band as a whole are great. Simone can enter any of my dreams. She is beautiful, with a God gifted voice, intelligent and she sings with passion. In other words perfect. Love and peace to all from America, Florida.
