In regards to the mustard of the crab, take what he says of "Don't throw it out" with a grain of salt. While it is definitely delicious, depending on where you are and/or what time of year it is, throwing it out and not eating it is actually the better thing to do. The mustard of the crab can contain pollutants which contain toxins which are heat resistant.

About oysters : Here in France, we do not keep the initial "juice" (which is essentially sea water or whatever type of water it has spent the few several days or weeks) but we rather discard it. We then lay the oyster flat and a second juice will appear which is much tastier and will also make the oyster meat more firm.

My chiropractor never heard the crack and kept going. I lost all mobility in the lower half of my body that day. I now lay here, paralysed, using voice to text to write this comment, whilst drowning in legal documents as the chiropractor has lawyered up and doing everything in his power to keep his practice. I hope my physical state is enough to sway the jury to my side, the outcome of this case will dictate my life going forward as I have currently lost everything; my job as an Olympic sprinter, my house entirely made up of stairs, and every single cent that I own went towards the blood-sucking lawyers who are doing a pathetic job and aiding me in my legal endeavours. I need a win, and I pray I’ll get it here.

Another tip, if you try to open up a crab especially the claw part but you don't have gloves nor scissors nearby, the easiest way to do it is to bite the exoskeletons off. No you do not eat them, you just bite them hard enough until you hear a crack, then open them up to get the meat.

With crustaceans you're supposed to chill them in cold water to shock the nervous system (I've read both your supposed to use salt water and others say fresh but I don't know that for sure) and then kill them immediately after for them not to feel it! He just totally plunged the knife right into the damn thing!

Really loved your video, worth the watch. You had a more elegant way of opening Kina compared to us Maori, I did cry inside when I watched you wash the "tongues" of kina in water. Especially the first lot with cream on them 😢 My Nanny and aunties would smack you if they saw you do that lol Still a great video.
