When Anti-Mabel said to Bill that she’d tell Bill all of her ‘Great Uncle Ford’s’ secrets, you’d think Bill would immediately think something’s up and that’s not the original Mabel. But, Bill ain’t omniscient. He almost is, but he isn’t. It’s kinda funny that he thought Mabel went insane.

To be fair, he's known to get too giddy for his own good, it's what got him killed in the first place, and being insane himself, Mabel going insane probably wouldn't been too much of a surprise for him, at least considering how much he's probably seen it happen throughout human history.

Aries Thezodiac Basically An old Gravity Falls theory that states that Mable has a doppelgänger running around Gravity Falls and conveniently appears when Mable is upset. A similar theory is that Waddles is Mable in the future and stuff happened that turned “Future”Mable into a pig. Gravity Falls had some theories that didn’t make any sense thinking about it now, but to be fare the whole “Mcgucett created the Journals” thing was actually Leaked *on purpose* to get people theorizing on Gravity Falls. Alex Hirsh made the Art for the leak. This was confirmed after the show ended. (Im sorry if there’s some misspellings here)

Good point. Good point Counter point: 1) The metal plate in Ford's head prevented Bill from reading his mind. So Bill didn't try to read disguised Stan's mind because he thought it would be a complete waste of time. 2) Bill's focus was on one thing, getting into Ford's mind, and at the time he already had leverage on Ford in the from of killing Dipper, or Mabel. So he didn't try to read disguised Ford's mind because he didn't need to. Also considering how close Bill was to global conquest, Bill was probably extremely antsy for his victory. Which could cause him to assume Stan, and Ford's identities, and overlook the small details of Stan having six fingers, or Ford's nose having those weird bumps on it.
