Just got a sunburst and a hard-case for it... Happy to hear that over the years it will improve, so get a good case for it! I love mine, I used to play a Yamaha APX and had an Epiphone Hummingbird. This is an upgrade for me acousticly!

I have played only aj220s and I played recently Martin acoustic and gibson j-45 standard. Now I miss the aj220s. It's really cost-effective and very easy play guitar. I have played some any other guitars. Aj220s is very attractive and awesome.

Ok, I like the AJ-220s just fine, but there's a lot of misinformation in this video. To pull out a few things: The reverse belly bridge does not help sustain. This is a ridiculous claim, that's just a cosmetic nod to the Gibson J-45. A bone or graphtech nut and saddle would do a great deal to help sustain but from all the advertised specs it appears the AJ220S comes with a plastic nut and saddle. Vibrations do not impact the tone of a solid top. At leas three scientific studies have been done on this (Google them, you'll find the research papers papers) and they all conclude that vibrations alone don't impact it. Enviornmental conditions can cause a solid piece of wood to dry out making it harder and lighter. If that process takes place too fast you end up with a cracked top, but if it happens slowly over several decades you can get a much desired improvement on tone. Sadly, with all the other cost cutting measures on these cheap solid top guitars, it's just a waste of a good piece of Sitka Spruce.
