വീടു കെട്ടാൻ നേരം ഞാനിതൊക്കെ ഒന്നു റഫറൽ ചെയ്തതാ.. പക്ഷേ ഇത്രേം ഡീറ്റേൽസ് കിട്ടിയിരുന്നില്ല. മെറ്റീരിയൽ അടുത്ത് കിട്ടിയിരുന്നെങ്കിലും എടുക്കാൻ ഒരു പേടിയായിരുന്നു. ഇനി ..ന്തേലും പ്രോജക്ട് വരുമ്പോൾ തീർച്ചയായും ഇത് ചൂസ് ചെയ്യും. വിലപ്പെട്ട അറിവിന് Attic labന് നന്ദി.

AAC ബ്ലോക്കിനെ പറ്റിയുള്ള എല്ലാ കാര്യങ്ങളും വിശദമായി തന്നെ പറഞ്ഞു.. പിന്നെ ഒരു suggestion ഉള്ളത്, സർ പറഞ്ഞത് പോലെ ഈ വീഡിയോ പൂർണമാവണമെങ്കിൽ conventional മെറ്റീരിയലിന്റ strength കൂടി compare ചെയ്യണം. ആ കൂട്ടത്തിൽ normal AAC Block കൂടി check ചെയ്താൽ നന്നായിരിക്കും.. AAC ബ്ലോക്ക്‌ ഉപയോഗിക്കുമ്പോൾ 60cm ന് ശേഷം ഒരു ബെൽറ്റ്‌ വാർക്കണം എന്ന് പറയുന്നത് കേട്ടിട്ട് ഉണ്ട് ( For uniform load distribution ) അതിന്റെ ആവശ്യകത ഉണ്ടോ? ഫാക്ടറി വിസിറ്റ് കണ്ടപ്പോൾ ഒരു സങ്കടം മാത്രം ബാക്കി.....സാറിന്റെ ഒരു student ആകാൻ പറ്റിയില്ലല്ലോ എന്ന സങ്കടം...❤❤❤

Basic difference is the difference in compressive strength. Company demands that 8" HD blocks can be used as load bearing upto G+1 floors.

Maybe I am wrong, I heard that small size ACC block is used for roofing, is it correct? Could you share some information about readymade roofing, those look exactly the same like concrete roofing? Eg: Readymade concrete panels, filler technologies (which is widely used in Coimbatore). Are these roofing technologies Low cost compare to conventional concrete roofing?

I have seen cracks in the inner walls of the structure ( which does not happen with other types of masonry) without giving any clue of the reason behind it.

The reasom for the crack is its length. Use of sill belts can avoid it...

Cracks develope more with AAC than any other masonry so please make a clear understanding about the product before promoting .

You may need to notice that the company is checking the comp.strength with 15 cm block only.it may look ok but because of the extra length of the block it may need to perform in tension olso .poor workmanship can lead the block to a situation were it may need to work as a beam.i am thinking may be that is where it is failing and that is why the cracks are developing
