Acrylic Flowing Art Tutorial

In this video, I'm trying out a beautiful new color palette! I"m using a 10" x 10" canvas for two paintings. I'll mix up the paint layering to try to achieve a new effect for painting #2.
Here are my recipes which I use (more or less) from Karen at Waterfall Acrylics:
Pouring Medium (PM): mix with all colors EXCEPT the cell activator:
Behr 8300 Untinted Deep Base Paint
JoSonja Gloss Varnish 2:1 ratio paint to varnish. Mix well.
Golden
2 oz pouring medium then squirt in color until desired shade. Mix well.
Tube paint
1 heaping tbsp paint
2 oz pouring medium.
Pigments
1/8th tsp. pre-disbursed with a small amount of JoSonja Varnish to wet it (stir really well), then add into a 3 oz. cup of Pouring Medium; stir well.
Cell Activator
Color: Australian Floetrol + Amsterdam Oxide Black or Titanium White.
3:1 ratio Floetrol to paint.
