I noticed several things going on here that I think I can help you with. 1 don’t move your hair dryer back and forth so much. You break into your pillow doing that. Just focus on doing one small petal at a time. Then go to your next one. 2 don’t pick up your canvas to remove a color spin spin spin. Add pillow color to the edge of the petal to help remove the color but picking up the canvas makes everything go wonky. 3 if you use a gold CA make it slightly thinner than all your other colors as it doesn’t move as well as the black and white because it is heavier.

Hello my friend! I really enjoyed the coverage of the cells and the colors. The blues and greens along with the lemon sorbet are a lovely pallete. A job well done! It would be lovely to see you do a color palette with magenta, peach, red, and more Summer colors. We've hit 100°F temps this past week so my mind has been on the Summer Season already. It would be interesting to see what you come up with for a Summer palette. I'm sure whatever it is, it will be unique and beautiful.

Hi Cat, I love your colour choice in this, it’s beautiful. So soft.❤ May I make a suggestion? The music in the background, I think you would entice more views if you chose a more celestial/ethereal type of music. I found myself having to turn the sound down as it was very repetitive and annoying. I hope you don’t mind me suggesting this, as I only wish you more subscribers. Have a listen to some of the backing tracks used by Sara Taylor modern art. They work brilliantly with her pieces and I believe that type of music would compliment your work so so well. 🙏🏻

Hi CatBeth, I've watched a few of your videos and you are coming along just fine. All of us amateurs start at one place and it feels very vulnerable, doesn't it? I was watching your technique for using the blow dryer with the paint to get it across the canvas. Here is a tip, have you checked out any of the other fluid paint artists on YT? I came across one in particular and her name is Kanella Ciraca. She does an excellent job in giving instructions about how to use the blow dryer to chase the paint across the canvas and not have the black cell activator pool up primarily in the middle. I do recall that was one of your pet peeves. I hope this tidbit helps you, along with practice, practice, practice.😊👍 Do let me know how it comes along for you. Best wishes, KimmerB P.S. May i also add that when you are using the blow dryer, put it on an angle rather close to the paint 🎨 as if you were "chasing" it or skimming it across an icy lake. 😶🌫️🥶⛷️🏂❄️ Use the blow dryer on an angle 📐 rather close to the paint to get it to reach as far as it can to expose many colors. Kanella also offers tips of what to use to break up the cell activator that pools in the middle. Many of us have that same challenge. I bet that with practice you are going to get it figured out. 💪🤓
