Gears is a vintage-skewed indie funk and rock band formed in Tuscaloosa, AL by Chandler Grammer and Christian Crew, who have since moved the operation to Nashville, TN. Enlisting Kid Brother (Jordan Kaye) on bass guitar and August Rhodes (Andrew Rose) on keyboards to augment the band’s sound, Gears have spent the bulk of 2023 cracking into the Nashville live music scene and recording new tunes with the new lineup. Following a turbulent handful of years they’ve recently released their debut LP, ATLAS, containing their singles Electric Candlelight , Take a Look, and These Changes as a start to 2024.
