I remember watching this when i was 7 or 8 yrs old with my Titos late in the evening. We were a little bit worried in the first half when the Japanese led by 14points. But Allan Caidic's three point shots and heroics change the tide of the game. The Japanese were shocked by our Triggerman's precised shooting. Super idol ko na si Caidic during this time nung bata pa ako. Teammate nya si Zaldy Realubit sa Tivoli nung 1990. Zaldy was the only tallest player at 6'6 of this Philippine version of the Dream Team. Tagal ko nang hinahanap ang video na ito including their semifinals game against this same Japanese Team. Sana maupload din po ito pati yung finals game between China and Philippines. Sayang wala na si Tito Domeng Caidic ng San isidro Angono Rizal. Lagi kong kinukwento sa kanya na idol ko si Allan Caidic nung bata ako at di ako nakakatulog if natatalo yung Tivoli or Presto dati😂. I also remember Tito Domeng showing me his pictures of Allan's book "My Life". He was carrying a young Allan, his favorite pamankin while wearing his Amerikana😊.

Last one minute left dikit ang laban, biglang tinirahan ni caidic ng three points. Sna magkaroon tyo ng next allan caidic sa generation natin ngayon. Thnx coach for dis very memorable and exciting games u share pra naman magkaron ng inspiration sa mga players na maglalaro pra sa pilipinas.
