Darlington fan here, Wainy was a very popular player with the Darlo fans. One of those players you would always look forward to watching. He scored some quality goals for us, and was part of really good era for us before things went horribly wrong. Great podcast - thank you.

I was at that game at Blackpool as a 16 year old. I can't remember the game really (I think it was cold and I remember the part of the ground we were in being old and knackered) but I do remember the winner. Blackpool were always a bogey side so it was definitely 'scenes'.
