Ingredients:
Leaves for wrapping:
30-40 bamboo leaves
(each Chang will use 2pcs of leaves)
15-20 pandan leaves
(each Chang 1pcs of leaf)
Bak Chang rice:
1kg glutinous rice
(Can make around 15pcs Bak Chang)
1 tbsp vegetarian sliced mushroom paste
1 bowl mushroom water mix with 1 tbsp veg. Oyster sauce
1 tbsp salt
Bak Chang Fillings:
3-4 tbsp oil
1 tbsp vegetarian sliced mushroom paste
40-50pcs blue pea flower
(For coloring)
3-4 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp white pepper
1 bowl candied winter melon
1 bowl dried chestnut
1 bowl shiitake mushrooms
1 bowl monkey head mushroom
1 tbsp fermented bean paste
1 tbsp palm sugar
1 bowl mushroom water
