EPISODE 74 TIME TO PAINT THE COBRA

Жыл бұрынPete's Snake Bite KZfaq is all about, Cobras, building Cobras, Ford performance stuff hot rod stuff, but mostly following Pete building his Hurricane Motorsports Cobra. On todays episode the Cobra is road worthy with more than 600 miles on it and "IT ALL" works. The lights, turn signals, brake lights, cooling system keeps things cool, the fan cycles just the way it should, the alignment is spot on, it turns and stops well, oh... it's pretty fast.
So, let's get this thing painted and finished.

Yes I plan on doing that I think it’s a nice detail. Do you know where I can find the correct placement of the rivets?

Most shops will not give a hard estimate, this shop will bill weekly and will be $15,000 plus. Some of the Kirkham cars in the area have spent $30,000 plus.

i spent 13k on my ERA. Today it would cost 20 plus.

Not with my skill set. I was hoping that the late great ken Block would have build one, Cobracorn. That would be awesome, RIP Ken.
