At this stage when buying houses do you do everything cash or still on bank loan? Secondly, I hear you talk allot about Le Roux’s accident, what happened?

It you got money you can start, find a property sourcer to get the good deals but it about money and good mentorship

Hi guys love ur work. How do u deal with capital gains tax and transfer costs when u buy

You pay both. Transfer costs are really low when I buy because I buy a property for around a mil. The buyer pays those when I sell. Capital gains tax is not too bad - maybe effectively about 40k on a house.
