You guys know any Canadian groups? Or is that too nerdy for your taste? Some of these takes are very generic. Lots of potential for a great show. Hindered by "Cool" no disrespect just don't get the 1 dimensional take on hip hop.

We are a Canadian group, born and raised in Ontario, so of course we know Canadian groups (Shy was part of a crew in the late 90's called the Bomb Shelta Association, if you know your Canadian hip-hop history you should be familiar with them). Doesn't mean they're going to make our "personal" top 5 lists. These aren't takes, they're who we personally love, why should our choices be anything else other than what they actually are?

@@dookiebrosmusic Fair enough, I know bomb shelta assoc. I had the rebirth album at some point in back in the day. All good. I was recommended to you guys by a friend who shared some newer Canadian hip hop with me. I had the wrong expectations with the podcast and just dropped the comment spontaneously. Thanks for responding and not deleting my comment. I wish you guys success with the show.
