To be honest I have this feeling that Ramsey is the mastermind behind Bliss Ocean. If you look at his first appearance, you see that he’s at an office in a suit, his voice sounds like the anonymous person at the credits scene. Another suspect could be... Howie Honeyglow, since Bliss Ocean is a mundie terrorist group, and howie is a mundie. OR it could be Molly’s dad, we’ve heard from Molly that her father doesn’t do anything at all since her mother’s death. He probably used all his time being at Bliss Ocean headquarters, while Molly is working at the toystore.
