Hi. Maybe they promote customer to use the self service ticketing machine.

@@mayastoriessg I used to buy tickets in the counter. Never been here buying the tickets after the pandemic. If not what is the purpose of a counter where customers are not allow to buy. It can be very inconvenient for seniors. What a weird arrangement! Thanks for the info.
