This video gave me an idea for another video. You could go more into dynamic EQ vs mb comp and talk about different scenarios where one would be better suited than the other Great vid, as always, keep it up ❤️

I run a small personal live stream and I am incredibly thankful for your in depth videos. I love the Voxengo Overtone GEQ! I use it on my vocals, to get rid of the bad tone in my voice in some songs. Then I use the fabfilter Pro-Q to compliment it.

actually, other dynamic EQs DO have controls for attack&release, just pro Q doesn't, it has some kind of automatic stuff going on, but i have to say it works very good. still, i think some day pro q will have attack & release functions as well (like iZotope and Waves Dynamic EQs). With Pro Q you can do something similar though, if you want more attack, boost dynamically and cut the same frequency with normal EQ, if you want less attack/more sustain, cut dynamically and boost to compensate with normal eq

There's one thing I would love to see in a future video: how to clean up mediocre recordings. I get a lot of singer sonwriter stuff to mix and the vocals and the acoustic guitar are usually not ideally recorded (to say it nicely). I would love to see how you would go at this

Great video a always, but with the softube plugin or any plugin that that has no gain adjusment. I use Blue Cats and set up an auto level adjusment so the level stays the same, and you hear just the effect

Thanks for you video brother .... I have one question please ... When i export my project from studio one and send it to mobile the sound not comind deep or good like what iam always hearing with another sounds i hope if i can send you a sample just to understand what i mean ? Thanks again
