Cable Control Armature Tutorial

Wow, as much as I appreciate you sharing this fantastic tutorial, that background music was like Chinese water torture. I was compelled to mute the entire video and turn on cc. Still, great video. 👍

+ Equespecte - I wanna do it.This is a complex work where you need machines and everything, i'll do it more simple , but i don't think if i add tha cables and rods using something easy to work in it.

Hey, I'm wanting to build a cable armature for a worm like puppet, I'm wondering if you could give me an approximation on the cost to build this one. Thank you in advance.

Sorry about the delay in reply. I actually had a lot of the material for this build in my scrap bin, so I had to kind of calculate what it would have cost if I had bought all the materials new. My best guess estimation is that you can do this for around $30-$60 depending on where you source your materials. The cable controls came from Wal-Mart and the sheet metal and hardware came from the hardware store. Sorry this isn't more specific, hope it helps...
