Do you do this before and after you ride or just before?

You can really do either. It might be better to start out doing it after a ride, so that it is less if a shock to your horse the first few uses

@@hannahsms3816 I do, I found one pretty much identical to one of the equine brands. This one in the video does seems difffernt then human one’s. But my horse has been happy with the human on. A lot more cost effective

Because a horse's muscle structure is so different from our own, you can't use a human massage gun. A horse has a thicker epidermis than a human, and a human massage gun wouldn't be as effective as an equine one.
