My Whytner IMC 490SS counter top ice making machine is still not having its ice tray in the correct position to for the ice cubes to form

I fixed one of these a few days ago. In my case, the pump wasn't working. Turns out there was lime/junk in the pump so the impeller didn't turn. Cleaning it out fixed it. It's a different brand but it seems almost exactly the same inside. It checks resistance to detect water flow as far as I can tell. Mine had triac output optos for the harvest motor and harvest valve instead of the relays. It also has an IR LED/transistor to detect when the ice is full, yours seems to check weight? The refrigeration part is 100% identical down to the 12V computer fan for the condenser.

I have one of these that won’t even power on, any idea what could be wrong?

Its very likely using a timer based off the water outlet temperature. Thats what the little metal part is.

Any idea what would prevent the evaporator from getting cold? Everything else seems to work and move and make the same sounds as the one in the video :/

I have one of these ice maker machines. Strange how it's designed almost exactly the same only it's made by igloo. Also with mine, the fan runs constantly not on and off. Edit: Also ice forms on all of the prongs with mine, yours is not getting ice on all of them most likely because it isnt getting cold enough,
