@@yolanderiche7476 I agree, my profit has been consistent no matter the market situation, I got into the market early 2019 and the constant downtrends and losses discouraged me so I sold off, got back in Dec 2020 this time with guidance from an investment adviser that was recommended by a popular economist on a subreddit, long story short, its been years now and l've gained over $850k following guidance from my investment adviser.

@@belobelonce35 The thing is that I really don't like making such recommendations. But there are many freelance wealth managers you could check out. I have been working with "Jeffrey Harold Starr " for a long now, and he's made decent returns. If he meets your discretion, then you could go ahead.

Now there's a provision of "notice of intimation of equitable mortgage by way of deposit of original title deed", to sub registrar's office which reflect on index extract of property... Solves the problem you mentioned in case of equitable mortgage.

महाशय आपने जो जानकारी दी उसके लिए आपको बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद । 1. महाशय क्या कोई निजी स्वामित्व वाले प्लाट धारी ( जिसकी कोई अतापता नहीं हैं ) किसी वित्तीय संस्था को केवल एक सामान्य लिखित पत्र में बिना किसी स्टाम के दस्तखत के द्वारा उनके प्लाट को गिरवी (equitable mortgage) रखा हैं । दर्शाया गया हैं ? 2. क्या गिरवी (equitable mortgage) के लिए विक्रय पत्र को उपरोक्त तरीके से वित्तीय संस्था को हस्तातंरित कर सकते हैं ? या वित्तीय संस्था इस तरीके से विक्रय पत्र को अपने कब्जे में ले सकते हैं ? 3. क्या इस प्रकार से किये गए equitable mortgage कानून मान्य हैं ? 4. क्या वित्तीय संस्था को लोन अदायगी न होने पर ऐसे equitable mortgage धारियों के सम्पत्ति को बेच कर लोन के राशि वसूल ने की, वैधानिक अधिकार प्राप्त होते हैं ? 5. However for equitable mortgage these days intimation of equitable mortgage to registrar office is mandatory within 30 days in few states like in Maharashtra which mitigates the risk and it's as safe as registered mortgage...

@@AssetYogi hello sir, is it mandatory to file Notice of intimation for us home buyers in equitable mortgage, or bank would do it ? i am very confused now, 20 days before my first loan disbursement was done, my bank has not informed me of any , should i be concerned about this, though i have paid the stamp duty for loan agreement (bank-buyer) .... please help,, if yes then what is the cost of filing NOI !!

Sir Main ek bank me frends ka guarantee Li hai . Equitable mortgage kiya hai. Ab 3 saal hone aaye hai waha kuch bank k emi painding hai muze Bank notice bheja hai apni original registry jama kijiye tab ki main 3 saal pahile hi jaam ki hai , shayad bank se Miss ho gai. Meri original registry k liye bank me kya karvahi karani chahiye !

Now a days in Maharashtra ,there is one procedure is being followed by NBFC s and Banks also of Notice of Intimation of Mortgage, which is to be intimated to the concerned sub Registrar. And this is mandatory in every equitable Mortgage. Which I think is a good step taken to avoid multiple Fraudulent transaction transactions.
