As a fan of H Bones, I've always wondered about the damage he causes to himself. It's good to see that it's largely just superficial. The mental damage though is likely unseen... For us as the viewers I mean.

Other than breaking his arm last summer most of Houston's injuries have been largely superficial. Been a favorite of mine for a couple years now, fun to see him here.

Did you accompany it with food? I had a similar situation with coffee but I did it to myself because I had no breakfast and I was tired at work so I just had some coffee n I went all out of whack. I had some snacks n water n I started feeling alright

as someone who deadlifts I can say with conference that unless you're standing up straight with the weight you can't clench your bum almost pooed myself deadlifting once luckily it locked out clenched and was able to stop the poo... it did mean the end of my set though

One of the more interesting things I learned about pepper spray (had to get OC'd in the military) is just how diluted it is. Like normal hot sauce is mostly the crushed pepper with additives, but pepper spray is just water and some pepper extract at like a 99.99% dilution rate. You'd do WAY more damage to someone aerosolizing sriracha sauce than using actual pepper spray.

Hey Doctor Jordan, I'm a new Subscriber, and love what you have been doing! My question is, Since I've been young, I've always been one of the last people in any fitness test when it comes to mile runs. It seems like I'm out of breath, I've never been diagnosed with Asthma and I never used an inhaler my whole life. I'm in pretty decent shape and I don't smoke. Why does it feel like I can't breathe during jogging? Is there anything I can do to breathe better doing jogging.

I dont know if he's going to respond to this but I have some sudgestions as I have the same problems. A really big part of this is running a lot normally, build up some cardio strenght. Also, it can help to have a rithm while breathing heavily during running.

How about L.A. Beast? He has tons of injury videos (mostly eating things). He goes into a zen like focus mode to try and ignore pain. 1) Eating cactus 2) Eating light bulbs 3)Eating 2 week old non refrigerated milk 4)Hot Ice experiment 5)Lego walk (had world record for a while) 6)Snorting glow stick fluid to try and spray it out of his eyes 7)Setting off 20 mousetraps with 1 hand in about 10 seconds
