Yeah, I also learned a lot from that back in the 90s.

@@DizzyKrissi That and SRV Live at the El Mocambo man I wore those two out!!!

@@jasonkeith9317 : I am currently working on a SRV lick from the El Mocambo show - the best licks he's ever played. Seems like you've got the very same taste :D - did enjoy Stevie's Montreaux shows as well.

@@DizzyKrissi Yeah El Mocambo changed my life I'd never heard a guitar played like that!

Please post more Eric Clapton licks. Would love John Mayer and Jimi Hendrix licks too!
@DizzyKrissi4 жыл бұрын
Just look on my channel and you will find some Hendrix licks. I will check out John Mayer but I fear that I will only find licks inspired by SRV

Great video, I've always loved this solo!

It's kind of precomposed - I guess - so it makes up a perfect example to learn something out of it.

@@DizzyKrissi Agreed, I think it was prepared, nothing wrong with that, or course. It doesn't fit the usual improv style of EC. Thanks for the transcript

What am I missing? I see lots of thirds, but where are the double stops that are advertised in the title?
@DizzyKrissi Жыл бұрын
You are missing the definition of double stops. I am sure that google will help you.

Two things I've never been able to do: 1. Ice skate 2. Play the Blues. Maybe I just need the right teacher (I'd love to do both).
@DizzyKrissi7 ай бұрын
In regards to ice skating I won't be able to help you but I hope you find some stuff to improve/learn the blues here. A good teacher is the way to go.

Do you make any of the tab files available?
@DizzyKrissi4 жыл бұрын
Hi Ken - I made them with Guitar-Pro. If you are interested in an particular one then send me an email and I will send it to you. Yet they are not public
@Ken_wtf4 жыл бұрын
@@DizzyKrissi I'd just like to see you make them available when you post videos. I find myself taking the time to tab them myself when I really like the licks, but it would save a ton of time if you already have them and could post a link.
@DizzyKrissi4 жыл бұрын
@@Ken_wtf : I thought it would be sufficient to show the tabs in the video. What do you miss in the tabs shown in the videos?

@@DizzyKrissi Being able to quickly reference them for practice.
