When I was younger, I thought that crying was for "weak" people. I'm much older now & I have realized that expressing your emotions in an honest manner takes enormous courage. If things are going wrong, you must be able to admit your mistakes. Once you take accountability, success doesn't seem impossible anymore.

It's so deeply in stilled in me that crying is weak and ik it's not but something in me won't let me cry. But I teach my kids it's okay to cry tho. That's so odd right? I definitely feel like I don't deserve to cry, like I'm wrong for crying, I don't have the right to cry even when my eyes are watering I suck it up and don't let it out. It's so crazy

i'm going through a breakup right now. I did my best to fix it. It happened a week before New Years and since then, I've been praying. I miss him terribly but I understand I am no good as someone who is mentally weak. I listen to you everyday ET, music doesn't cut it anymore. I just wish this process was faster. I've grown, but not enough. I'm not letting him go but I am doing my best to let go of the past. IM CRYING OUT. IM DONE. IM TIRED. I will crawl if I need to but I will get to where I need to be before Summer Break. This is a goal in a fight towards my dream. With him and my own well-being. Let me listen to my calling from God.
