Not sure if this is the first real Sheldon/Penny episode, but it really shows their great chemistry. Not romantic chemistry. Its usually brother/sister, sometimes mom/son.

Wow! interesting information about ambulances in the USA. I read an article about Envision Healthcare and emergency billing for a class in my university, but I didn't realize the magnitude of the problem, until now.

I don't know, I have a hard time finding this one funny because Penny is clearly in physical pain rather than just the usual annoyance, so it's a little harder to stomach Sheldon's antics. But the character study of it all is really fascinating! This ended up being a nice bonding moment for them (Also it's kind of funny how everyone in this episode but Sheldon was high at some point)
