Megabrain is going to pack on a few lbs if he keeps eating like this! I remember being skinny as a toothpick when i was his age, couldn't gain a lbs if i tried! I really admire the father/son relationship that Eric and Megabrain have. Eric's got a great son, and Mega has a terrific and caring Dad 🫡

My motherly instincts is telling me Sweet Mega is not eating enough, I so want to feed him and make him eat well many times a day because he has a high metabolism and needs to eat extra food and I’m thinking that between school and all the stress that comes with trying to find a job and school and peer pressure, parent pressure that the last person you take care of is yourself. I hope you take time for yourself and take care, you are such a smart and polite young man. Best wishes for all of you.

As a Korean-American, I'm so glad to see you like Kimbap. I've never actually tried the one with cheese and Galbi. The reddish color of the rice makes me think it might be a Kimchi Bokkeumbap as well (Kimchi fried rice for those who don't know, I think Eric has tried Kimchi Bokkeumbap, and liked it, if I remember correctly). The whole, using cheese in Korean cuisine is a fairly new thing, kind of a Korean/American fusion style. As a lover of cheese, I approve. ^_^

I dream of having a pocket full of yen, lots of vending machines and no knowledge of the Japanese language and just buying by the photos.....epic dinner. You are the Sherlock Holmes of vending machines.....nothing stops you from solving the mystery of the next best thing....and I, for one, really appreciate the effort and entertainment.....thanks for another grand adventure.

Guacamole is great, and something that i enjoy preparing. I always buy a big bag of corn chips if i know im going to make it. The recipe i use is pretty simple, 2-3 avocados, 1 2 cloves garlic minced, 3 green onions chopped, a little salt, a couple squeezes of fresh lemon or lime juice

My hubby and I have been watching your videos and we really love your content! Our dream vacation spot is Japan and we would love to go to all these vending machines that your videos show! We love it that you're able to share your experience with Japan and the wonderful food especially from the vending machines it has to offer. I'm so glad you create videos daily and in my house when your new content debuts we all huddle together to watch it. A lot of the food looks so fresh and tasty! Sometimes we can just taste the food as you preview it within your content. We even try to re-create it in our kitchen, although at times it may stray in flavor you have described, it still brings us closer to your experience of Japan and all of it's food. Thank you so much Eric for sharing and can't wait to see what food you try next!

I've only ever had burdock once, back when my sister was dating a guy of Italian heritage. His family liked to bread it like a cutlet and pan fry it. It was pretty good, but a lot of work to prepare, as around here it is just considered a weed and not grown for food. So we had to go out and pick some of the larger plants, and picking it can be painful. Then carefully peel the skin and from there prepare. I admire the Japanese culture in utilizing what is available.

Oooh that sushi looks good. You know it's a compliment from me because I really don't like sushi but I would be willing to try those. The cheesecake looks like dulce de leche, but you're right it's weird without the crust.

Corn is something that I would never think to use as a pizza topping, id try it though. Im more of a plain ol' pepperoni traditionalist, hamburger/onion, or a combo: sausage, pepperoni, green pepper, onion, mushroom if im feeling a little crazy lol
