Erik, Respect brother. Being Polish Canadian (25 years Polish 42 years Canadian) All the time I am going nuts about volleyball. I love your national team and its fineness style. My heart beats faster wen Canada beats USA . Finally Canadian volleyball team means something and their level exploded. My soul is attached to the Polish national team. Living in Ontario I have to apply some computer tricks to be able to wach games in Plus Liga, it worked even while sailing Caribbean islands for some time . I enjoy watching your talent there. Lots of Love. Capt. Jack

Im a senior in high school trying to get into college for volleyball it's my goal to get into a D1 school but Im just not sure where to start and what to do. I am currently looking for college showcases but Im not sure what else i could do.

I truly recommend Wrocław as a place to visit! It is one of the most beautiful cities in Poland and it’s only about 80 miles from Kędzierzyn Koźle. And believe me, snowy winters are the best :) Poles love snow, especially around Christmas.

There are more Asians in Russia, because many Asian countries belonged to the USSR. In Poland, there are the most Vietnamese, but these are in certain regions, not all of Poland, and in larger cities - but from different parts of Asia

Great content as always, Erik! Regarding being unsure what Polish food is, give it a try tomorrow at Christmas Eve. Every Polish family holds a very traditional dinner, and some of the dishes happen just once a year. A part of the tradition is to have an empty seat at the table for an unexpected visitor. So who do you plan to unexpectedly visit?

Hi, Eric, do you like to play volleyball not as a libero? Like, do you like to spike and serve. Do you practice it?

I loved the TV national coverage thing although I am not so surprised after having seen youtube highlights of matches in Polish venues pre-pandemic. Huge atmospheres! Also, thank you for the info on the reasons to pull out from the World Clubs. I was very curious.

can you try to do go pro videos cause i've seen mb, setter, and wing spikers but never a libero and it would be super cool to see you saving the ball in first person pov. If you can use the camera because maybe they don't let you.

I would love to know from a professional libero whether you guys do some sort of training exercises that specifically aim to improve reflexes. I guess good reflexes are relevant to every volleyball player position but especially so for liberos?

It doesn't make you a terrible human to be used to convenience. Spoiled American, maybe yes, a little. ; ) But it's completely understandable it's a problem when deliveries become an issue. Living abroad myself, I have also experienced some problems with the stuff family sent me (even though it's much nearer and both countries are in the EU). Although in my case, that's not the main issue. ; ) Food, no home language, some mentality differences, general homesickness, no good bookstores, these are the things that bother me much more.
