The East Side Collective, or popularly known as ESC, will be holding its 3rd Hoonfest this weekend on August 5, 2023 as part of the Okada Manila's Motorsport Carnivale. With ESC's track record of gathering big crowds of car enthusiasts in one location, Hoonfest 3 is expected to not disappoint regular ESC event goers.
