5 ай бұрынMoment of Calm Series - this series is to support those who might be seeking a short but relaxing escape, if feeling a little overwhelmed or stressed, the idea is to just take you away from that. This is my first attempt and I'm really trying to make these unscripted, so please be patient with me. It is very much a journey for me, and I'd love to gain confidence as/if I continue.
Come with me to a stunning scene, in the cool, crisp night air with mountain peaks in the distance, and the gentle lapping of the lake. We take some time out, to just breathe, appreciate ourselves, and exist for a few minutes where there are no pressures, only nature and the beauty she provides.
I'm not sure whether to have my camera on for these, so I went for a middle ground - it might be a bit peculiar so please let me me know what your preference is visually if you'd like.

Agreed - I try to put a little calm and positivity into the world. There's plenty of negative stuff out there already.

I do this thing where I put one hand on my chest and the other on my hip when I breath. Then I focus on the breath going down from my chest hand and pushing out the hand on my thigh. Helps me breath deeper.

Haha, honestly, Sir Ian, I’m somewhat immune to it - give me a soft Dutch or Scandie accent & I’m putty. I think I prefer most accents to my own… 😊
