In this 'Moment of Calm' I continue my hypnosis journey, and try an unscripted video. We visualise being in a realm of soothing dusky twilight and start with a gradual body relaxation exercise, and then move on to taking some steps to deepen your state of relaxation.

Thank you, Tree. It generally takes me a while to find that headspace where I can really relax and your hypnotics - really a guided meditation - break right through those barriers. Unscripted, you have truly found the moment of calm.

Very effective. I let this run while I was doing something else online and was very surprised when it ended and I was sitting with my eyes closed and my whole body immobile, fully relaxed and calm. You have a wonderful voice for hypnosis.

Have a lot of stuff on my mind, I never really talk about it, I noticed when you mentioned sci-fi, I tend to watch a lot of it, or something similar, at the moment watching Arrow online, a few times in your older streams, I kept mentioning Scooby Doo, without mentioning Supernatural, as I was thinking of that episode, I watched, saw scrappy doo, made a short appearance running though a door, I liked that part at the end when the man said, I would of gotten away with it, if it wasn't for you meddling kids, and Dean said, he said the line, then Dean said Scooby dooby do, and Castiel went Dean your not a talking dog. I liked watching Farscape, it had 2 of the people from StarGate SG1 in it, I don't know anyone near me that likes the same things as me.

It is grew that you have things in common with others in the communiTree, including me. I know the episode of Supernatural that you’re talking about - I really enjoyed that series. And I enjoyed Stargate too. 😊
