Shannon's Golden Tiki Poolside
.5oz Lime Juice
.5oz Papaya Juice
.5oz Banana Milk *
2oz Jamaican Rum
.75oz Cachaca
Shake with pebble ice to add aeration and quick chill. Pour into your vessel, top with more pebble ice. Garnish with dehydrated pineapple .
ENJOY!
BANANA MILK *
Peel 1 ripe banana, then cut into chunks and freeze until solid. Combine frozen banana, 1 cup water, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon honey or syrup sweetener, 1 teaspoon cocoa powder, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, and ¼ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg in a blender and pure on high speed until smooth, adding water if needed. Banana milk is best used right away, but will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 days (some discoloration may occur). You can extend that by a couple of days by adding 1 ounce of high-strength spirit to the mix- a 151-proof aged rum is delicious.

.5oz Lemon Juice
1oz Pineapple Juice
.5oz Straight Rye Whiskey
1.5oz Banana Whiskey
.5oz Meletti Amaro
.5oz Orgeat
Shake with pebble ice. Then add to your favorite vessel and top with more pebble ice.

Golden Tiki is a very fun place. If you want a table, be sure to make a reservation at least a few days ahead of time, otherwise you're limited to bar/standing room only

Wife and I went for the first time a couple weeks ago and it was incredible! Our new favourite place in Vegas. Staff was amazing and personable too. Not just a bar but an fabulous experience

I loves me some Thee Swank Bastard. Been diggen them cats since years begone when they had Hula Hoop girl down at Double Down Saloon. I miss Hula Hoop Girl. Main guitar bastards dude said she moved to San Fransisco. Once was a time it seemed every time I rolled into Vegas from LBC, Thee Swank Bastards and Hulu Hoop Girl (Kasandra?) were at the Double Down. Been a long time seeing them(dont roll into Vegas as much these days). I reserved a table for Golden Tiki September 2. I hope to god this time you (didnt have it end of May seeing iggy pop) have the Surfboard Pupu Platter. It seemed we got a little cold treatment in May. We didnt have a table like our first great unreserved time, had to sit at the bar, didnt have a Surfboard Platter(we were told none were clean for service). We felt severely dissed. The only saving grace the second time visiting was i was served the best Margarita ive ever had(Made from Breaking Bad’s Dos Hombre Mescal). Dude Im giving you a second chance considering our first time was fun as heck
