Rainbow Road has been the highlight of each Mario Kart game for me up to date. Seeing all these iterations of the theme combined into one rock medley is absolutely marvelous. You're doing god's work, man.

I almost cried when I got to MKDS and MKWii...while I'm old enough to where 64 shoulda been my first Mario Kart, I didn't get into the series until just a few years ago...MKWii was the first one I ever played and beat to its entirety and MKDS I got after and also fully beat. It's also a great car/plane-ride companion!

As somebody who grew up with Super Circuit I unfortunately agree that its Rainbow Road theme is the least good. It sounds more like... Mario Circuit, or something. The second half still gives RR vibes but it’s much less magical than the other RR themes. Here’s my ranking 1. Mario Kart 8 2. Mario Kart Wii 3. Super Mario Kart 4. Mario Kart 7 5. Mario Kart Double Dash 6. Mario Kart DS 7. Mario Kart 64 8. Mario Kart Super Circuit

It’s so odd that after having finally owned and played every single game, DS and Wii being my first two and most nostalgic, I don’t remember the Rainbow Road songs from those as much. They are still excellent tracks, but I feel like they were never as distinct. They sound even more amazing here, and this is great work!

This mix is INSANE! It's honestly one of the best guitar medleys on KZfaq! I don't know what you do man, but this mix sounds so damn impressive. Every instrument can be heard clearly, and it all sounds so damn full and warm. You also opened with my favourite Mario Kart Song of all time. Love the funky part at 0:37! I'd like to say thanks again for messaging me with all that helpful info. I got a ton of useful plugins that I'm taking my time to learn how to use properly. I have another cover in the works, so keep your eyes peeled. You truly are a master at your art. I really love all your guitar tones in this one. If each cover after this is going to sound as good as this medley did, than I'm a life long fan! Escensei kills it yet again!

You know I come back here year after year.. multiple times during that year.. sometimes hundreds.. this Medley has always sounded so pleasing to hear and I absolutely love it whole heartedly and I just keep coming back.. it still saddens me deeply that he hasn't pursued KZfaq as aggressively as I thought he was going to.. but I tell you what after all the years I am still subscribed and that will never change.. this channel and video will forever remain legendary.. Hopefully he will eventually start posting consistently.. he could've turned into someone like Erock before Erock.. I know life can get in the way but man I have been a huge fan for a while.. I just want to see more.. hope life has been good.. I will always come back to listen to this masterpiece into my 30's and 60's assuming this channel doesn't disappear.. that would sadden me a lot.. I will always remember this Medley because I listened to it during my driver's training and no I am not joking lol
