The Zos bait and switch - you don't have to grind out this skill line for all characters, but you will if you want to use it 😂

I farmed 50 for the force pulse achievement from nodes. As a veteran crafter/materials harvester, let me just say, the drop rate needs to be adjusted. I have a route I use when I gold out gear or make pots and I’m efficient at it. This achievement took way too long. Furthermore, if you test ability morphs and have to swap your scripts around.. horrible. This game is a hard grind and this is absurd. 1 ink is 30-70k and more than a small stack of Columbine. C’mon now lol

Ink drops do make a sound, it's sorta similar to water sources so not the easiest to hear.

I think they have some code in there to limit the drops if you already have some ink. I had no inks, used it all up, and was running the Alik'r dolmen train and suddenly noticed I was getting inks quite often from both the regular drops and the chests. Once I had accumulated 10 inks it completely stopped. I still have those 10 inks and tried running the train for a while yesterday, not a single drop.

I had ink drop from a boss yesterday. However, since the 'fix' to make them drop from bosses, the drop rate from nodes has plummeted for me. This means I need to keep my inks instead of selling some of them. Prior to the 'fix' I was getting around 3 from approx 400 nodes now it's 1 or none.

It's been one month and I have only gotten like 8 luminous ink. Leave it to ZOS to once again tie a neat new game addition to the most mind numbing grind.

Tips and tricks = farm nodes while using passives and add ons and doing the quest on other characters gotcha!

Yesterday 11 inks in 1,5h and the day before yesterday 14 in nearly 2h only from nodes.

Thats me, almost NO ink dropping for me.. in over a month, to include 2 characters going through the complete scribing line I have 70 ink..

I'm lucky if I get 1 ink every 3 to 4 days . One did come from a backpack .

I've had ink dropping regularly from looting urns, even on my alts who haven't done any of the scribing questline. Usually one per 250-300 urns looted.

If they want us to get into it, why the hell do we even have to have inks in order to scribe anyways? Why do we have to have a currency to alter things?

You need to have done the netch story line...... Well so did i think, i was looking for the wandering Minotaur warparty (WB) , when i harvested a resource node and there it was 2x ink a little puzzled i went back to the scolarium and only the Indrick and the Dragon was added to the skill crafting bench. Thought it was worth mentioning glad for the ink though, i play on PS EU server.

I mined 20 inks off nodes in Hews Bane, then after I sent it to my buddy for our guild use.. ZERO after mining 1,000 rubidite and 800 plat dust!!! Wtffff!!!

I get about 3 per day. Nist doing daily quests to farm scripts or looting trash mobs in trials. Its not to bad. Ive seen it as low as 17k on my server.

NOT just pc, Console Ink is crap ! I've played daily since went live, 8+ hours a day last 4 days of Holiday & Got 1 (ONE) ink, done everything, dailies, in area & guilds, on Master crafter, Every passive active. Played on 13 toons over last 2 weeks, Nothing ! It's the usual RNG , Really NOT Getting ! #GINAPLSFIX
