Dr. Mallerou explains how the Process of Switching Perspective can lead to the social and personal evolution, introducing the term “esocentrism”, which she herself coined. Dr. Nancy Mallerou is one of the top Coaches and most eligible speaker in Greece. Throughout her lectures, tv appearances, articles, seminars, coaching and books has affected, in a positive way- the lives of thousands of people. In the business world has contributed to the efforts of many companies, executives and employees introducing specifically designed Business Coaching programs.
Dr. Mallerou holds a Bachelor in French Literature, an MBA and a Ph.D. in co-operative strategies. She is a Certified Coach, founding member and former President of the International Coach Federation - Greek Chapter and John Mattone’s partner, ex-coach of Steve Jobs. She holds various diplomas in Lifestyle Management from the Dpt. of Continuous Education of Harvard Medical School. She has teached Marketing and Communications at Panteion University for more than a decade. She is an Ambassador of Women Act.
She has a 14-year experience at the most demanding work environments of multinational corporation as an Communications executive. She is the author of the book “It Can Get Better”, “Competitors, Cooperate!”, “Today it will…” and “It Can Get Better -Diary 2015-2019”. She has collaborated for 6 year with TEDxAthens as a Speakers’ Coach
She is the inspirer and keynote speaker of the yearly non-profit Inspirational Coaching Conference “KALYTERA GINETAI” (“IT CAN GET BETTER”), which has attracted over thousands of people.
Dr. Mallerou is the founder and CEO of Life Clinic Group S.A., a leading coaching company for personal and professional development. She is a devoted mother and wife and believes that Love, Growth and Contribution are the ingredients for a life worth living. Her personal motto: “It Can Get Better”!
