you are gonna hate me for this but I find this more Interesting than solo leveling I would rather read this three times than solo leveling twice

Oh boi, you are in for a really good ride, the first volume is like my third most favorite volume of the series because all the setup and the middle school backstory. Volume 6 going to be the peak so far but i think the upcoming 9th volume going to overtake that position with the setup from 8th volume

Question: don’t know if you’ve read the manga adaptation as well, but is the manga a much closer adaptation of the LN than the anime, or does the manga also add certain moments in the story that even the LN doesn’t? Your feedback would be greatly appreciated because quite honestly, as serviceable as the anime adaptation is, the manga seems like the much stronger medium from what I’ve read so far

I have thought about reading this one but I heard a warning that the story does go downhill in the 6th volume so I am not sure if I want to invest reading. Hopefully as you go through and get to that point in your analysis to see if thats truly the case.

Yah I'll have to see, there will always be 1 bad volume in a LN series, sadly u can't have 10/10 bangers every time, just too good to be true, but we shall we how "bad" it is, unless I enjoy it haha. but that Volume comes out Dec this year for English readers

In the sixth volume, the quality doesn't drop, I would even say it's the best volume in the series. However, opinions are divided between people who want romance and those who want character development. It is true that after volume 6, there is something the author handles poorly, but it has such a minor role in the series that it is overshadowed by the protagonists' development

Nah, 6th volume definitely the best volume so far imo, the 7th volume is the one that goes downhill a bit. It's not bad, it's just not as exciting as 6th. And then you got the 8th volume where we got massive progress for the romance part and a crazy good setup/build up for the upcoming 9th volume(aug 30th(JP release))
