Things looking really good for the Ducks. UW has 12 seniors in the starting rotation. Oregon has 4. UW has the 23nd (Rivals) or 24th (247) rated recruiting class. Oregon has the 3rd / 4th with a couple of huge commits on the horizon...could even move up. Oregon is now 13-2 over the last 15 games against the Huskys. Keep that top level talent coming in and this could get really fun.

This isn’t me trying to be a douche or anything. But do you actually want Texas to make it to the playoffs? Cause I don’t think any team in the top 10 have a decent shot at taking down Bama. I’d be SHOCKED if they don’t win every game by at least 14. I’d honestly prefer Oregon to end the regular season around 5-7 and play in the rose bowl

@anthony gomes Why? They're beating other teams on the line of scrimmage instead of seeing how fast they can run up to the line and get the play off. I feel way more confident/comfortable with Herbert and a physical O and D line than I gave in a long time- and it's great! Duck fan and alum btw

I actually think the Oregon offense it too predictable. Their system relies too heavily on guys out-powering their opponent and this will fail miserably when they match up against a more physical team. Oregon simply does not have the athletes to run an Alabama style offense.

@@Datníğğa123 Jeez, take a deep breath. A lot of us Duck fans don't like those off-color uniforms either, but the players kinda have to take the uniforms that are supplied for them. I don't know who decides on the uni colors (I Ithink we can guess at least one of the deciders) or the rationale for them. But the players do get to vote on the uni they wear each week. I think the players like all the different unis and the combinations they can make. 🦆

Justin Herbert had a very unfortunate start at oregon. Incredible to think that just two seasons ago this same team lost to Washington by 50 points and today they won. I hope Herbert has a happy ending at oregon. Go ducks !

I agree but this was nowhere near the same team as two season ago. Hell its 10x better than last year, Willie T did bring us some studs but I say that the new coaches changed the way this team plays and these players want to be the new Bully Oregon, not just the fast and slick Oregon. Hopefully within a few years al the trolls can’t say we have “O” national titles 😂

@anthony gomes All QB's end up with a legacy, most of the time not deserved because there are 21 other guys out there that make good plays and bad plays. So is it fair that one guy can be singled out for the ills of a program or a few games? No. But that's life. I wish Jake well but it is what it is.

Genius, it would mean the shank to the right has less room to occur if the ball is closer. The ball trailed off at the end, same kick but 5 yards closer and its 100% in. Look at how bad he was on his last make from like 20 total yards, it barely went in and would have been wide right by 10 yards if it was from where the end of regulation one was.

kathy kelly first of all he doesn’t trust his shitty as qb. Second they were on 3rd and 4th string rbs. And lastly did you watch what happened with Oregon and Stanford? You can’t risk that. If gaskin was in the game they probably run it a couple times to get closer

Jake's definitely regressed, but he's a better at his position than the kicker is at his. It was 3rd and 1. The backups had been getting big gains, their d was gassed, and the chance of a fumble there is much lower than the chance of a missed field goal. The kicker's high coming into the game was 31 yards, we regularly go for it inside the 30 on 4th down because of this guy yet we kick a run the clock down for one field goal when we had 40 seconds and 2 timeouts.

It was pointed out that the score was tied at the end of each quarter. I have never been aware of that during a game, but it can't be too common when there's a lot of scoring.
