KDB was great for city this season, but Gundogan won them the league for 2 season in a roll. It will be sinful for city not to award him a new contract... To be frank, didn't really expect Villa to get something out if this, but thumbs up for Villa for giving Pep something to sweat about... and only if Gerrard had not brought Coutinho out when they were 2 nil up, thing could have been very different. After he scored you can feel it could have been a special day for him to redeem himself from some of the Liverpool fans....

When referee Michael Oliver blew the whistle for the full time my eyes got teary and I got goosebumps. It was like reliving that 2012 title winning match against QPR. City don't like to win titles smoothly/easily, they like to give us fans heart attack with all the drama and thrill. I'm confident and optimistic and I believe that eventually Man City will win the Champions League. It's inevitable. It'll happen. Man City is creating history and legacy right infront of our eyes. I've been a proud Cityzen since 2005 (I started understanding and following Football from that time) when everyone around me was Man United, Arsenal, Liverpool fans. Exactly the same atmosphere in Madrid, Villa switched off Exactly the same way City switched off and the equalizers and winning goals came similarly. This time it's City's night. We lost the title when we gave away 2goals lead to Brighton and Chelsea and i toldmy kids who are Arsenal fans that this could come back to haunt Liverpool and now it happened. Steven Gerrard did a good job until in the second off he sub Phillip coutinho and bring on nakamba. The thin is the best way to defend against Manchester city is to attack and apply pressure. But I must say good try Aston villa and Steven Gerrard in trying to help liverpool winning the title.

One of the best decisions Guardiola made this season was not bringing Grealish on. I swear we wouldn't win if he got on. Well done lads. Laporte continues his streak of abysmal defending. We need another defender in the squad.

I have never seen KDB after a match so discombobulated. He is normally quietly reserved and thoughtful but on this occasion slightly mad. Guardiola was in tears and so KDB was not the only one who was not himself. I think that the sheer frenetic brilliance of the 3 goals and the eventual win made this game certainly a most astonishing runner up to the Aguero game more so than City's other title wins since 2012.

That midfield needs a major upgrade. Keita? Chamberlain? Milner? Jones? Elliott? That is FIVE midfielders who are not suitable to play a major role for Liverpool.
