I've been in the 2002 to 2014 period, I became a gloryhunter in 2002 and suffered shock after shock!! you new fans might not knw this but MAdrid failed to win UCL for 32 years after 1966 and then 12 years getting constantly knocked out in the round of 16 especially by Lyon(back then it was called curse of RO 16), for me the worst period came when they beat us 5-0 in 2010 knocked us out in ucl semi and went on to win ucl and league double in 2011, previously they had beaten us 6-2 at the bernabeu, won ucl in 2006 with Dinho and we failed with GALACTICOS, we had Zizou, Bekham, Raul, Figo, Guti, Roberto Carlos, we got destroyed 4-0 at the Anfield and BARKA went on to win the TREBLE while beating us 6-2 with their academy players and their academy coach Josep Guardiola who previously coached their B team and played for their dream team under Cryuff and also won the UCL in 1992!! we then bought kaka, cr7, benzema and xabi alonso in 2009, brought Mourinho in 2010 who had previously managed to stop BARKA in the UCL semis with Inter and had won TREBLE with Inter to compete with them and still they managed to destoy that team 5-0(Manita) It was painful back then!! Back then we hadn't reached the ucl semis for like a DECADE!! So guys like you should learn more b4 talkin RUBBISH!!
