This take on the traditional Espresso Martini is non-alcoholic and completely delicious.
Does it look and taste exactly like a traditional Espresso Martini? No.
But is it super simple and completely divine? Yes!
A friend was telling me she was served an Espresso Martini in Vietnam where they'd used condensed milk as the base, and I decided I just had to try it.
I hope you enjoy this easy coffee mocktail recipe as much as I enjoyed making it!

@@mindfulmocktail despite being non-alcoholic, mocktails should follow the same rules as cocktails in regards to balance between sweetness, sour, and some other flavor to replace the alcohol "bitterness". Otherwise, a fruit punch could be called a mocktail. Actually, this is basically a coffee milkshake, not a mocktail.

@@mindfulmocktail thank you for understanding. Maybe go easy on the condensed milk, or maybe - just maybe, I haven't tried it - use some kind of bitter to give it a bit of zing! It won't be 100% alcohol free, but it won't make anyone drunk. I heard there are a few alcohol free bitters hitting the market, but I haven't looked into it.
